CATHOLIC RATE
Includes New Catholic Families, Catholic Families Enrolled in 2024-25, and All Families—Catholic or Non-Catholic—Enrolled Before 2024-25.
Families registered at any Catholic parish within the Diocese of Helena qualify for a discounted rate. If not registered at St. Matthew’s, an approved Pastor Permission Form must be submitted.​​
RETURNING FAMILY CATHOLIC RATE

NEW FAMILY CATHOLIC RATE
For families that were enrolled at St. Matthew’s Catholic School in grades K – 8 and including ELC and PreK.
If a family withdraws and then returns, they will be considered a New Catholic Family.
Siblings, not currently enrolled, will be considered part of a Returning Family when they enroll.

*SIBLING DISCOUNT: A multiple child discount may apply to the tuition remaining after any scholarships have been applied. The award of a sibling discount is at the discretion of the pastor and school administration and is up to the amount listed per family. Sibling discount does not apply to Part-time PreK.

PAY IN FULL DISCOUNT
If tuition is paid in full by September 1, 2024, a 10% discount may apply. Payment must be made through FACTS or by check or money order. The Pay in Full discount can be applied after applying for ACE but cannot be used with the FACTS scholarship.
SCHOLARSHIPS & TUITION ASSISTANCE
Do not let cost of tuition be the determining factor for enrollment. We have several options for tuition assistance and a committee can make the final determination of award if needed.

ACE Scholarship: All families can apply for an ACE Scholarships with awards generally being $2,000.00. The deadline is April 15th. If you wish to apply for other types of assistance, you MUST first apply for an ACE scholarship.

FACTS Scholarship (also called a parish scholarship) is funded by St. Matthew’s Catholic Church. Applications are completed on the FACTS website and there is no guarantee for an award. A family must first apply for an ACE scholarship to be considered for a FACTS scholarship. The FACTS scholarship is only awarded to practicing Catholic families.
AFTERCARE (K – 6)
Aftercare is provided on the St. Matthew’s Catholic School campus and is available until 5:30pm daily during regular school days. (Separate fee applies.)

* St. Matthew’s Early Learning Center is a full-time, five days per week, program. Fees are not prorated for missing school for illness, vacations, school holidays/closures, or other absences.
**The After School Care Program is not a drop-in service. Your child MUST be registered for After School Care if you plan to use this service since we staff according to state mandated policies for student:teacher ratios.
Part-Time Pre-K 3 and 4-Year-Olds

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
FACTS Tuition Management: All families are required to register for electronic tuition payments through FACTS. In order to register for a 12-month payment plan, the first payment must be made by July 31, 2024.

If a payment is returned, a $30 fee will be charged by FACTS.

Due Dates: Monthly tuition is paid on either the 5th or 20th of the month. Tuition must be paid in full by June 30, 2025.
